FEAST is a Japanese non-profit organisation supporting bottom-up sustainable agrifood transitions across Asia, founded in 2021 as a successor to the participatory action research FEAST Project. We analyze patterns of food consumption, food-related social practices and their socio-cultural meanings, and conduct food system mapping specific to national, regional, and local production, distribution, and consumption contexts.
