"Metrics don't make stories; stories make metrics."

Experience / Highlights
2023 - 2026
‣
KDDI (MWC 2026):
- KDDI's technology was powerful, but its message was invisible, lost behind a wall of abstract specifications. We fought back against the dry reality of B2B education by weaponizing spatial storytelling. We turned a booth into street corner of the future, forcing the audience to feel the tech before they understood it. By replacing rational argumentation with emotional desire, we shattered the engagement ceiling—delivering an 80% lift in interaction and a 200% surge in conversion.

BAT (glo Hilo Launch):
- In the heart of Omotesando, Tokyo's most vibrant crossroads, the air shifted when the lights dimmed on the glo Hilo launch. We didn't build a stand; we built a stage for a cultural movement. By weaving artist collaborations into the very fabric of an immersive pop-up pavilion, we blurred the line between advertising and art. The brand stopped being a product and started being a conversation, anchoring itself permanently in the local zeitgeist.

LEGO (Star Wars & F1):
- At Star Wars Celebration Japan, the galaxy felt closer than ever. We curated an activation that honored the franchise's deepest emotional legacy, turning the convention floor into a pilgrimage site. With the special reveal of K2S0 and a live stage show that brought the stars to life, the space buzzed with a specific kind of magic. Fans didn't just look at a booth; they lived in the moment, driving regional sales records to shatter all expectations.

Alpine A110R Launch
- Deep inside an underground Tokyo warehouse, where the air hummed with anticipation, we didn't just reveal a car; we staged a revolution. Casting F1 driver Esteban Ocon against a stark, fashion-show backdrop, we forced global media to see the A110R not as a spec sheet, but as a manifesto of radicalness. By aligning cross-border teams from Japan to Global HQ, we unified a fractured vision into a single, electric moment that spoke directly to the brand's soul.
2022
Virtual Production (Nissan):
- We transformed the static nature of corporate announcements into a fluid, visual journey by spearheading a new approach for Nissan's vision. Developing a Virtual Production environment allowed us to create a new paradigm for their live and broadcast content where the virtual concept cars were placed right beside the speakers. During the global one-hour announcement featuring both the CEO and COO, we relied on pre-visualization appraisal and show prototyping to tune every scene, ensuring that each visual flowed seamlessly to elevate the announcement's message into an immersive experience.
2021 - 2023
Evolving AR Series (Nissan):
- Over three years, the Nissan AR display evolved from a confusing experiment into an intuitive delight. We charted the roadmap from cumbersome gestures to simple point-and-click interactions, transforming abstract data into a series of visceral puzzles. Each iteration peeled back a layer of complexity, allowing audiences to digest and enjoy the technology until the interface disappeared, leaving only the story behind.
2020
Nissan Pavilion
- Inside a 500m² donut-shaped pavilion, we transformed Nissan’s future vision into a fully immersive space where visitors could feel it first hand. Through high-impact installations—including a laser-led narrative journey, a dynamic pillar light show, and an exclusive anime movie—we turned the abstract concepts of collision prevention and power transfer into a visceral, emotional experience.
2019 - 2020
Project and Production Manager @iLUKA
‣
- In the high-stakes arena of the Rugby World Cup, we orchestrated the largest temporary hospitality structure of its time, housing 3,000 people under one roof. Negotiating with C-suite stakeholders, we ensured every inch of the build honored the tournament's spirit. From the dedicated rooms of Rakuten, AIG and DAZN among others, to the flawless execution of the venue, we turned a logistical mountain into a monument of brand value.
